Mr. Wei Cui joined Yunqi in November 2024.

He is responsible for investor relations of the RMB fund, public policy, and government-enterprise collaboration.

Prior to joining Yunqi , Mr. Cui served as Deputy General Manager at Pudong Capital. He previously spent over a decade in venture capital roles at institutions such as Greenland Group’s Parent Fund and Pudong Science & Technology Investment. Mr. Cui has a deep understanding of the operating mechanisms and management requirements of government-guided industrial funds, and brings a dual-lens perspective on China's private equity industry—from LP to GP, and from government to market.

Mr. Cui holds a Master’s degree in International Management from SKEMA Business School (Lille, France).

In his spare time, he enjoys writing, photography, and traveling, and is also a wine enthusiast.
